CNA Program (164 hrs - 5 weeks)
Acute Care Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide critical support to medical staff in acute care settings such as hospitals. They have a direct impact on patient health and recovery, offering bedside care and assisting with daily activities. Will help CNAs to handle any complex patients in acute settings.
Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aide (40 hrs)
This program prepares the students to function as an entry on a healthcare team. The focus will be on preparing the student to provide direct care to the patient/resident promote comfort measures; to collect record and report date to licensed personnel. Principal of critical thinking, team membership ethics, caring communication and cultural sensitivity are integrated throughout the course. The program includes classroom, laboratory, and clinical care experiences.
RNA Program (40 hrs)
The RNA (Restorative Nurse Assistant) Program at Just Harmony Nursing Services Inc. provides Nurse Assistants with additional knowledge and skills to advance their career in the rehabilitative aspect of nursing. The C.N.A. will receive training in theory and practical application of restorative techniques.
